General Information

:

A 4.5 kW downdraft open rice husk gasifier consists of two cylindrical drums of 300 mm and 370 mm diameter, joined with flange at the top and fitted with a grate and a lid at the bottom. A 0.2 KW electrical motor run blower sucks gas, produced from the plant and supplies to the burner. The gas cooling and cleanup system was provided in between the reactor and the burner.
